Setting Your Young Athlete on the Right Course
The performance classes at Core FSN promote a winning environment that provides athletes the opportunity to grow physically, mentally and emotionally. Through your commitment to hard work, success is the ultimate reward.

Core FSN Assessment
All athletes (Ages 12+) need an assessment prior to starting classes! Our evaluation is an opportunity to see your son and/or daughter's level of fitness with measurable tests and screens.
What's Included:
FSM Screen (show imbalances)
Body Composition (weight and body fat %)
Linear Speed (20-yard and/or 40-yard sprint)
Lateral Speed (5-10-5/pro shuttle run)
Power (Broad jump and vertical jump)
We believe an athlete and their families first experience should be centered on meeting the coaches seeing our facility, and initiating the first lines of communication and the initial steps to prescribing their path of progress.
Scheduling, payment structure, measurable’s, purpose and accountabilities will all be established during this time.

Intro to Performance

Ages 6-11
Intro to Performance is a beginner’s performance program. This 60-minute class establishes a foundation of fitness skills that they can start transferring to their lives as well as sports. In this class, the athlete will begin to understand how develop proper patterns and position to improve movement mechanics on the field.
Our class is designed to provide a winning environment where the young athletes begin to understand the fundamentals of how training develops the overall body, mentally and physically. We begin with teaching proper running mechanics, agility and change of direction skills along with body weight movements to allow significant growth on and off the field. This is an introduction to the principles of fitness, structure and competition. It is our goal to promote a positive experience with fitness.
MIDS (Middle-School Class)

Ages 12-14
The MIDS class is 90-minute program broken up with speed and strength as the core focus. During this middle school class, the athlete will be taken through an incremental approach to speed mechanics, weightlifting, jumping and conditioning.
This class is set up to prepare the athlete for the high school level of performance.
Varsity

Ages 14+
Our VARSITY level class is 120 minutes consisting of conditioning, speed mechanics, strength, and power. The pace and intensity in this class is a top priority in this class setting to allow for controlled setting to mimic the demands of each sport. Each athlete will be given a weight lifting program set to their skill level with their goals in mind (strength / speed). Each Athlete is set up for the best possible outcome with progressive overload approach to develop the athlete for longevity in playing throughout high school and at the college level.
Lifting
Call For Hours
For in-season high school athletes looking to maintain and build upon their off-season training, the Lifting only program is our optimal training package focusing exclusively on building strength and power, not including speed, agility, or conditioning. Sessions are 60 minutes each and are offered 2 times a week in the evenings to accommodate sports and the student athletes busy schedule.
