What to expect your first day:
TANITA Body Composition - BF%, Muscle Mass, Bone Mass, Visceral Fat, Physique Rating and Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR), Daily Caloric Intake (DCI)
Functional Movement Screen - find your imbalances with in your body preventing you from performing your best.
Goal Setting - Finding out what your goals are; weight loss, muscle gain, strength gain, cardiovascular endurance, etc...
Once you are started we can figure out if our Large Group Classes, Small Group Classes, or Personal Training is the right fit for you.
